Ramlethal Valentine

System Changes:

Zer0 Cancel All characters can now press any two (2) of P/K/S to air dash or cancel out of a normal into an air dash!

Force Break (FB) A powerful move that consumes 25% tension to unleash a devastating special ability!

Aerial Dead Angle An aerial version of Dead Angle! Press forward and any two buttons while blocking in the air to perform an attack that will send the oppoent flying back!

Defense Modifier Decreased from 1.06 to 0.96.

Initial Dash Speed Raised from 15,750 to 16,750.

Normals:

6P Startup lowered from 10f to 9f. Recovery lowered from 22f to 18f. Added new, much better hitbox. Increased the number of active frames from 4f to 6f.

5S (No Sword) Startup lowered from 11f to 10f.

5H (Sword) Startup lowered from 14f to 12f. Damage lowered from 46 to 40. 85% forced proration added.

3K Attack level raised to level 4 on hit (still 3 on block). Recovery lowered from 12f to 10f.

2S (Sword) Cancellable into Deploy Giant Sword on hit. Initial proration adjusted set to 80%. Forced proration set to 95%.

2H (Sword) Cancellable into Deploy Giant Sword on hit.

j.D Now has a forced proration of 95%.

j.8D Now has a forced proration of 95%.

Overdrives:

Explode - Damage raised from (0,4x14,80) to (0,4x14,90).

Force Breaks:

FB Glavo Ballista (214D) Ramlethal summons her S sword directly in front of her. After a short delay the sword spins forwards in a powerful horizontal multihit cyclone! Does not require sword to be equipped to be performed.

FB ByeBye (j.236D) Ramlethal quickly recalls any summoned swords.

FB Brutus (623D) Ramlethal teleports her sword in front of her, forcing it up through the ground. Is an 10f invulnerable reversal. Can only be used while H sword is equipped.
